ROSIE'S GALLERY
Cinnamon is Rosie's owner and is a romantic at heart. She sees the beauty and glamour in old, forgotten things. Welcoming and warm Cinnamon takes great pride and gains enormous pleasure organising, creating and being a part of a client's bespoke event. Originally from New Zealand and having sold her delicatessen and out-catering business to help facilitate travelling abroad, she found herself, after 10 years living in London, moving to the beautiful North Essex/Suffolk countryside. Inspired to develop a business around her young family Cinnamon purchased 'Rosie', a 1967 Pearman Briggs vintage caravan, and so a labour of love journey began, restoring her back to life.
